What happens after you have written to your in order to apply for a certificate?
Your solicitor will write a standard submission form (hopefully correctly) and should forward to your observations. When the solicitor has got comment from you he/she will send the form and other pertinent files to The Consumer Complaints Service. They will then be in a position to provide an opinion and provisional assessment
If this assessment is agreed by both parties, you then will need to pay the solicitor.
There are various and longwinded things that The Consumer Complaints Service will not get involved with and you can find this out on there when site. Remember you can always sue your solicitor (time limits apply) or report to another government body.
